This state-of-the-art 2,800 square foot smart home sits on a fully fenced 17,000 square foot private property that backs onto the Miami River. The home features easy water access with rich, panoramic views of Mount Cheam and its surrounding landscapes, while only being a few minutes walk from the Village’s hot springs, pool, beaches, lakes and restaurants.

This property has been in our family since the early 1980’s and was recently rebuilt as a legacy to our daughters and their future families.
